Elouisa Crichton is a senior associate in Shepherd and Wedderburn’s employment team and advises on contentious and non-contentious employment law across a wide range of sectors. She has extensive tribunal, mediation and early conciliation experience. She regularly advises on disciplinary and grievance issues, unfair dismissal, equal pay and discrimination.
Elouisa supports HR teams in managing change projects such as TUPE transfers, redundancy exercises and changes to terms and conditions. Elouisa has particular expertise in delivering tailored training sessions. She also has expert knowledge of shared parental leave, gender pay gap reporting, and the employment aspects of insolvency and GDPR.
