Gordon Keyden is a Consultant to Clyde & Co and serves by invitation on several decision-making bodies central to the Scottish Legal System including the Scottish Civil Justice Council Personal Injury Committee, and the Law Society of Scotland's Civil Justice Committee. He is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) and the International Bar Association (IBA).

Gordon is a former Managing Partner for Clyde & Co Scotland, was a partner for 40 years and has been a Member of the Scottish Civil Justice Council's Reference Group considering compulsory Pre-Action Protocols for Scotland, and the rules relating to the introduction of Qualified One-way Costs Shifting (QOCS).
