Stuart Neilson of Pinsent Masons is a Partner with many years’ experience advising and representing clients in all aspects of employment law. Stuart is a trusted adviser to a number of large corporate clients and provides advice across the UK and internationally on technically difficult areas of employment law, such as senior executive departures, industrial relations issues, equal pay and holiday pay. He leads the Infrastructure Employment team and is renowned for providing pragmatic commercial advice as well as having particular expertise on TUPE and major restructuring projects.
Stuart is a member, and Convenor of, the Law Society of Scotland Employment Law Committee and regularly contributes to responses to consultation papers on their behalf. Stuart is noted by Chambers as someone who is "approachable, friendly and pragmatic". He is a regular speaker at seminars on employment law.
